Waimauku Barn

The client engaged Ferner Construction to revamp an old barn that was needing a reclad and re-roof. Upon inspection it was decided to remove the existing and create a new space in the old location. Turning into a design and build we were able to create the ultimate space for the owners lifestyle. Covered outdoor bays for the boat and tractor, interior ply lined space for a workshop, vehicle and bikes all the while tidying up what was an unsightly old run down barn.
